The accomodation consists of the following, a large reception hall with fireplace, this hall is the centre of the house with doors leading off to all ground floor rooms and grand staircase leading to upper floors.

The first Lounge is a cosy sitting room with dual aspect Georgian windows.

The second Lounge is a more formal room with television and video facilities. Dining room with views down the garden to the pond.

The dining room will seat fourteen people comfortably.

The Kitchen/Breakfast room has a Stanley oil fire range plus a conventional electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. There are fourteen place settings and adequate cooking utensils to match.

The utility room consists of automatic washing machine and condensing tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

Across the courtyard at the rear of the building is agames room with a pool table and dart board.

On the 1st floor of the building there are three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have en suite bathrooms with power showers, and two twin bedded rooms each linked to a double bedroom. There is a further bathroom, shower room with power showers and separate toilet.

On the second floor there are two further attic bedrooms with twin beds in each. Externally the property has three acres of grounds with ample parking space. The grounds are surrounded by open countryside.
